What readers are saying

Feeling as if it was an intimate chat with a friend, communicating the mysteries that connect souls through life’s journey.. I was riveted by each page’s depictions of being a woman with a dream that wouldn’t burn out.....It was a warm, riveting read...I loved the quotes.”
— Henri A
Readers will like Anne because she is earnest, gut-honest, contemplative, fretful, daring, compassionate, and intelligently spiritual. With lots of other personality traits, she is, like Carrie Bradshaw in ‘Sex in the City.
— Vashtie dV
With pen to paper, Ozzie shares all the twists, turns and connective tissue that she has observed and tapped into. Deeply personal, sometimes shocking & often humorous.
— Steven H

Ozzie is a single mother of one, a son on whom she dotes. She migrated from the island of Trinidad in the Caribbean to win simultaneous dance scholarships at Alvin Ailey's, Joffrey Ballet, and Martha Graham's schools.

Later she became the first black female to have her own successful showroom on 42nd Street and Broadway, in the heart of Times Square, in the garment industry. She is still living in Manhattan, NY, for over 40 years after a nomadic childhood living in the US, London, and Trinidad. She fell back into the entertainment industry as an actor and commercial model ( IMDB BIO ) and later began a YouTube series in the Fall of 2019, which has now been transformed into a Podcast series in the Covid spring of 2020, where she takes great joy in shining light on the lives and careers of those who have impacted her life, who are the stars in her eyes.
